Meet Yarbo
Yarbo was trapped and came to SCAT after visiting the same yard for food during an entire winter. When we met him up close, he turned out to be just a little guy, maybe not quite completely grown up. After hiding in his carrier for a couple of weeks, he suddenly remembered that he is a very social cat indeed. We’d have to say he’s a bit needy and would benefit from a home with a bit of action and enough human presence to keep him entertained. He gets along very well with the three other cats in his foster home and loves to play and cuddle with them. He has a very loud purr and really gets going when he is being held and/or having his tummy rubbed.
He eats everything on offer so far and uses the litter box like a champ. He is a big fan of catio time and it only took him a few days to figure out the feeder schedule, so starting an hour before it goes off he is watching the auto feeder like a hawk, not wanting to be late for his meal.
He is not on contract from the Yarbo vacuum people but may be related to Hank from Corner Gas.*
Correction: The village of Yarbo, population 78, is his adoptive place of origin. And likely Hank's?
