Meet Xena
Xena The Warrior Princess
She fought a gallant battle against the 2021 harsh Saskatchewan winter and unfortunately the casualties of war were her ear tips and part of her tail. She is an older gal but still has lots of playfulness in her. She especially loves balls that make noise and any toy on a string. Xena is a sweet girl and after a while she does quite well with other cats. In her foster home she tolerates the other female cat but snuggles and grooms with the male cat. She loves belly rubs and brushes and is quite talkative especially in the mornings. She has a really good appetite despite having lost quite a few teeth. Dental surgery has taken care of any concerns there. She has a heart murmur as well as liver disease with 2 growths on her liver. She takes three different types of meds and since April has been doing miraculously well!
