Meet Maple Bacon
Maple Bacon is an easy going and affectionate cat who loves laying on the couch. And after a good evening of the couch, she loves to curl up on the bed for the night too. She has been very friendly with every person she has met so far, and was not even bothered by the dogs at the vet clinic. She is very gentle with people, respectful of the furniture, and doesn't make a mess of her food either.
Maple Bacon is currently receiving medicine for a bad case of ear mites that she arrived with. Her ear canals are fairly swollen, so this medicine might continue for a while (follow up vet appointment Dec 11th will tell us more).
Maple Bacon is a larger girl at 16 lbs. This is a bit of a mystery, as she does not over eat and doesn't seem to be motivated by treats.
