Meet Lancelot
Your very own knight in shining armour!
Abandoned by his owners and forced to learn to fend for himself on the streets. He had a hard time on the streets often seen with new puncture wounds, bb shots, etc... Which has led this charming fellow to put up some thick walls, a few moats and to very carefully guard his heart.
He is extremely cautious to trust but once he learns that you are 'his person' the real softy, cuddle bunny, and prince charming in him comes out. Despite his own guardedness, Lancelot is a real knight in shining armour, he has been seen on several occasions standing up for and defending other cats smaller and weaker than him.
The good news: This gallant fellow is currently taking some much needed time to heal, get medical care, and to re-learn how to be a house cat.
Once Lancelot is ready, he will need someone who can be very patient with him and understanding, as he has faced a lot of rejection and hard times that has left him very heartbroken and cautious. But if you can be patient and understanding, then you are in for the best friendship of your life! Once he is ready, don't miss out on this gallant knight who loves a good cuddle, head-bunting, giving nose boops, and having a nice chat about his day.
Note: Lancelot has PTSD from how he was previously treated and needs extreme time, patience and understanding (a lot of walls up). He is very new to the SCAT program and is still feral & stressed. He is slowly working on becoming an indoor cat.
