Don’t let Charlie’s dapper tuxedo and sophisticated moustache fool you. He is a chill guy that loves anyone and everyone. He’s a mix of a playful kitten that seeks out affection (as much as possible!) and a cuddle bug that loves to snuggle his face into yours. He adapts instantly, even being calm, cool and collected with the resident chihuahua in his foster. If you want all the love in the world (and then some) Charlie is your man with a built-in moustache.
