Meet Big Siggy

Big Siggy was a longtime stray in his neighborhood. He was initially brought in as a TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return), but over the year since, his caregiver worked on earning his trust. They had nightly visits on the porch, slowly getting him comfortable with humans and then working their way up to pets/attention. Once it was evident that Big Siggy was ready for an indoor life, he was brought into care.

He is still pretty shy, and prefers to spend the busiest times of day in a safe, quiet space to himself. But in quiet evenings and over night, he wants to be right next to his person/people. He will reward your patience with loud purrs, kisses, and snuggling up next to you.

He is building his confidence every day, but will need a patient family who will give him time to blossom.
