Meet Fortune
Fortune and her friend Fate were originally adopted in 2018. They were both recently returned when their owner had health issues that prevented her from caring for them any longer. Fortune is a very polite and affectionate old lady who loves to snuggle on the softest, comfiest thing available, whether that is the pillows on the bed, or the nice scarf you leave on the couch. She is a purr machine, and loves to be pet around her chin and on the side of her body. When she decides she’s not done being pet, she very politely lifts her paw on you to remind you that your job is not quite finished yet. She has a few funny quirks like snuggling your head at night (again she loves her pillows!) or meowing very loudly with her one and only toy she loves... a red pom pom. She has from Diabetes, getting two insulin shots a day with meals. However, she is the bravest cat who never complains about the quick pokes. She has a beautiful bond with her sister Fate and is always found curled up with her.
