Meet Ferris (aka Billy)
(Ferris is the official SCAT name in our system. Billy is the name he is used to)
Billy "the kid" lives up to his rebel name. He is intelligent, friendly, and SO playful! He can get some serious air when jumping for a toy. But even the toughest kitties need some snuggles, and although has historically not been cuddly, he has grown to enjoy laying (or making biscuits) with you on a blanket.
He loves to receive pets and he even acts like a dog sometimes, especially when he wants a little nibble of literally anything you're eating. When he wants to give you pets he'll jump up on his hind legs like little horse reach you better. He will give love nibbles when he wants your attention. He's such a character.
He loves being carried in baskets. When I come back from emptying the recycling he is always there waiting to hop into the recycling bin and be carried around the house. Or give him a box to hide in and he is content for days. Just don't leave any bell pepper out because he will steal it!
Billy needs to be in a home without other cats as he only tolerates being the only kid in town. Dogs might be a nice option for him though. He is also tolerant of my baby being a stinker around him because he doesn't understand what "gentle" means.
