Meet Algor
Algor is a dapper gentleman who has a purr you can hear across a room. He came to SCAT as a tail amputee, but that certainly doesn't slow him down. He is a curious, cuddly, and sometimes mischievous lad (his kibble containers are now high-security), who gets along very well with his fellow feline friends at his foster. He loves wand toys, his kibble, and to lay on chests or laps. He will be shy to start, but will warm up with time, treats, and gentle and calm interactions. He loves chin and cheek scratches, and will tolerate belly rubs too!
When first adopting Algor, it would be best to keep in him a small space where he cannot hide for the first little while (a large dog crate or small bedroom), so that he can have a chance to get to know his space and adopters. He is a cat who likes a schedule, and will often get excited for food, so this can be a good chance to get some pets or cuddles in while he settles in.
